These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products sold on the Noé David Photography website. By purchasing any preset or preset bundle, you fully agree to the terms stated below.

1. Digital products

All products sold are digital files.
No physical product will be shipped.

The presets are intended for use with Adobe Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC and Adobe Camera Raw.

2. License of use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non exclusive and non transferable license.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, gifting, distributing or making the presets available to any third party, whether for free or for payment.

Any unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

3. Download and access

The presets are available for download immediately after payment.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have compatible software and equipment to use the files.

Noé David Photography is not responsible for technical issues related to unsupported software versions.

4. No refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products and their immediate access, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are possible once the purchase has been completed.

5. Intellectual property

All presets, visuals, texts and related content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a preset does not transfer any ownership rights.

Reproduction or modification for redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Professional use

The buyer is allowed to use the presets for personal and professional client work.

The presets may not be included in products for resale, preset packs, courses, workshops, tutorials or any form of educational material that includes the preset files.

7. Results disclaimer

Presets may render differently depending on camera brand, lighting conditions, exposure and individual shooting style.

No guarantee of specific visual results is provided.

8. Support

Support is available for download or installation related issues.

No editing or customization support is included beyond technical assistance.

9. Personal data

Personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely for order processing and communication.

No data is sold or shared with third parties.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the seller’s jurisdiction.
